We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, phone number and email address. We do not collect special categories of data (sensitive data).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiries and providing information about our services — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Any subsequent commercial communications — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Measuring and optimising advertising campaigns via the Meta Pixel — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). See the Cookies section.
4. Processors and tools
- Web3Forms — technical delivery and handling of contact-form submissions.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — statistics and advertising retargeting, enabled only with prior consent.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
The Controller is based in Hong Kong and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, on the basis of adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where marketing consent is given, until such consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw consent, by writing to t.h.k.consulting.limited@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
